School Teacher Cuts Off Little Black Girls Beaded Braid

I saw this news report today and was brought to angry tears! This little black girl was bullied by her school teacher who apparently became frustrated with the noise her beads were making. She called the little girl to the front of the class and cut one of her braids off. The students laughed as she went back to her seat and cried. The worst part of this story is that the teacher is still actively working only recieving a police ticket for disorderly conduct! What would you have done if this was your child?
